Job summary

Baylor Genetics is seeking a Director of Business Platforms — Product Management to lead digital platforms across Client Services, Revenue Cycle Management, and Sample Management. You will shape strategy, drive execution, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions in a regulated healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of digital product management experience in healthcare.
• Experience managing enterprise business platforms and operational workflows.
• Proven expertise with CRM, revenue cycle management, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for business platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate into digital solutions.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to optimization and support.
• Drive platform modernization and integration across CRM, RCM, and lab systems.
• Partner with operations, client services, billing, IT, and vendors to improve workflows.
• Define requirements, business cases, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Lead Agile practices including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
