Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for Microsoft 365 on a 12-month contract, based in Kennesaw, Georgia; Jacksonville, Florida; or Richmond, Virginia. You will lead the Microsoft 365 portfolio strategy, collaborate with engineering and vendor management, and drive adoption across a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Information Technology experience, including 7+ years in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; master's preferred.
• Product Management certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft products including Microsoft 365 and SCCM; proficiency in deployment/lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and SQL.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, influencing, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with varied technical audiences.
• Familiarity with JIRA and ITSM practices.
• Experience in a highly regulated financial institution preferred.
• Six Sigma knowledge or achievement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the Microsoft 365 portfolio product strategy and roadmap, including Copilot Acceleration initiatives.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into feature sets and justifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, marketing, support, and vendor management to meet financial and customer goals.
• Lead product planning and execution through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Develop product positioning and messaging; coordinate marketing campaigns and communications.
• Provide monthly metrics on volumes, savings, expenses, and forecasts; ensure adoption forecasts are met.
• Run beta and PoC programs for early-stage capabilities; deliver customer demos and training.
• Manage budgets, pricing, and financial levers to meet targets; secure funding when needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal vendor management on contracts and outcomes; monitor competitors.
• Deliver clear, organized presentations to stakeholders at all levels of a large, regulated financial services enterprise.
