Your job

Represent customer needs, opportunities, and product requirements internally to ensure the development of solutions that meet customer expectations. Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy. Develop and communicate a detailed product roadmap that addresses customer needs, market opportunities, technology trends, and stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to identify the best technical solutions and create feasible implementation schedules. Conduct in-depth research on markets, competition, user personas, and customer requirements to inform product strategy and design. Iterate quickly to launch new features and make data-driven decisions to test their efficacy. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, articulating the product’s current state and areas for future investment. Lead cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Content, to deliver the product roadmap. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams from Indeed and Glassdoor to define and monitor product success metrics. Measure and analyze complex brand value metrics, such as brand awareness, aided and unaided recall, to inform product performance and strategy. Work closely with advertising technologies, products, and systems to execute on necessary technical integrations.

Position is in Foster City, California. Up to 100% Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted.

Who you are

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related computer technical field
• 5 years of professional experience working in product management, with a focus on defining product goals and roadmaps
• 5 years of experience designing and conducting A/B and multivariate tests
• 5 years of experience driving product vision, developing product roadmaps, and partnering on go-to-market strategies
• 5 years of experience managing or leading cross-functional teams through influence and collaboration
• 5 years of experience simplifying and articulating complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences
• 3 years of experience in the HR technology space
• 2 years of experience in advertising technology (Ad Tech), specifically in brand or display advertising

Experience may be gained concurrently.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Salary Range: $196,000 to $284,000 per year.
