We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director (Copywriter) to join our award-winning agency, where creativity, innovation, and a strong company culture drive everything we do. This role involves overseeing client projects and leading creative teams towards excellence. You will manage 1-2 mid-sized business accounts and collaborate on new business pitches, contributing to our growth and creative leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Lead development of campaigns across platforms including TV, digital, social, and experiential. Oversee briefs, concepts, client communication, and execution.
- Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand and business goals to create impactful campaigns.
- Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with leadership and strategists to align creative work with brand strategy and market trends.
- Team Management: Mentor and inspire creative team members, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Concept Development: Lead and participate in creating innovative ideas that stand out.
- Quality Control: Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality and consistency.
- Client Presentations: Present and pitch ideas confidently to clients, securing approvals.
- Collaboration: Work with production, digital, and media teams to execute concepts seamlessly.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep creative work relevant.
- Cultural Leadership: Engage in company culture through events, mentoring, and celebrating successes.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in creative roles, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven success in leading award-winning campaigns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work.
- Experience in pitching and securing new business wins.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and trends.
- Expertise in broadcast, video, social, digital, and experiential media.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in broadcast and digital production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
