Trek Travel is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the website, guest portal, and all digital products from idea to delivery. You will lead a delivery team of internal staff, fractional specialists, and agency partners, shaping product strategy and the lifecycle end to end.

You’ll translate customer needs into PRDs and specs, coordinate with marketing, CRM, and analytics, and drive experiments that improve conversion and engagement while aligning with the company’s active travel

Formación

• 5+ years in product management
• Experience shipping software end to end
• Strong product instincts and taste
• Understanding of marketing and product marketing
• Working fluency in agile practice
• Technical foundation to read a spec and discuss architecture
• Experience with AI tools in product workflows

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for the website, guest portal, and all digital products
• Run sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retros
• Coordinate ads, campaigns, and email across functions
• Write PRDs and translate designs into build-ready specs
• Own CRM and analytics: HubSpot, GA4, dashboards
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, guest services, and design to turn feedback into work
