Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to steer product initiatives, shaping the vision and strategy for web and mobile experiences. You will work with IT, design, and analytics to prioritize features, drive innovation, and optimize performance across channels.

You will mentor team members, track KPIs, and communicate plans with executives. Occasional travel up to 15% is expected as part of stakeholder engagement and usability testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management and/or running technical projects/programs, including senior/lead roles.
• Experience translating business requirements to high-level technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Prioritize features based on market analysis and customer needs.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional teams including IT/engineering, design, and analytics.
• Define and track KPIs; analyze data to optimize product features and performance.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders to communicate product plans and progress.
• Manage risks, schedules, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
