Job summary

New York Life Insurance Co. seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager within TDAV to own the Decision Intelligence agenda end-to-end, aligning board priorities with data pipelines, models and architecture.

Qualifications

12-15 years of experience in product management, tech programs or engineering roles.
Proven ability to set strategy and roadmaps at portfolio level.
Fluency across front-end, back-end, APIs, data contracts and ML basics.
Experience leading cross-functional teams of product, design, eng and data scientists.
Comfort with communicating trade-offs to executives.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year vision and strategy for the Decision Intelligence portfolio.
Own executive sponsorship and roadmap alignment across product lines.
Lead a cross-functional pod of product managers, designers, engineers and data scientists.
Collaborate with engineering and data science on architecture, models and data contracts.
Partner with design to ensure UX quality and user validation.
Promote shared components and reuse across intelligence products.
Define production-ready standards for models and data governance.
