Job summary

Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Lead Technical Product Manager to define scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decisions. You will own dashboards, data quality, and multi-year roadmaps, while guiding agile ceremonies and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the engineering fields or related field.
• 6 years of experience as a product engineer or related occupation in financial services.
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and translating product requirements into technical terms.
• Ability to define data requirements, mapping rules, transformations and validation checks.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through initiation, development, testing, deployment and closure.
• Create and deliver dashboards, visualizations and analytic reports to drive decisions.
• Lead data discovery, profiling, governance and data quality initiatives across systems.
• Define multi-year product roadmaps and ensure alignment with governance and security requirements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and mentor teams on best practices.
