Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Five years of experience as a software engineer, technology analyst or related occupation.
• Experience leading engineering teams and technology delivery for backend platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to groom backlog in Jira and translate needs into design artifacts.
• Lead development of low-latency APIs following best practices.
• Estimate work effort and prioritize features with scrum teams.
• Mentor engineers for technical and leadership growth.
• Plan production capacity with DevOps & Risk Engineers.
