Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 6 years of experience in product/related role in financial services or institutional investment
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and translating product requirements into technical requirements
• Experience with data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and BI tooling including Power BI, Tableau, Looker

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, schedule, budget, resource needs, and risk plans
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams through initiation, development, testing, deployment, and closure
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution via lifecycle
• Translate business needs into formal artifacts and maintain product backlogs
• Lead data discovery, profiling, data quality KPIs, and data governance standards
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytic reports to drive decisions
