Job summary

LILT is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own our connector strategy and roadmap, ensuring integrations are reliable and scalable across customer systems. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Forward-Deployed Engineering, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, and customers to turn complex integration needs into reusable product capabilities.

You’ll read code, evaluate integration designs, and lead validation while applying AI tools.

Qualifications

• Own a technical product or integration portfolio and drive priorities and delivery.
• Demonstrate deep integration expertise across APIs, SDKs, authentication, and data mapping.
• Design and use AI/agentic workflows for research, requirements, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Show strong product judgment to balance customer needs with systemic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own connector strategy and roadmap from discovery to launch.
• Lead new connectors and capabilities, defining requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate customer implementations into scalable, reusable connector capabilities.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and review third-party documentation before delivery.
• Own validation and acceptance testing with internal and customer-facing plans.
• Drive portfolio reliability by prioritizing connector issues and escalation criteria.
• Lead technical customer conversations and guide discovery, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Create documentation, runbooks, and guidance for implementation and support.
• Maintain alignment on connector status, ownership, and priorities.
• Apply AI tools to improve discovery, scoping, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
