Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Integrations to own the strategy and roadmap for a critical integrations portfolio that expands the reach and utility of the company's platform.

You will partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and partner teams to deliver high-impact connectivity solutions, improve customer experience, and help scale an expanding ecosystem of integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on integrations and ecosystems.
• Proven track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integrations roadmap and strategy based on input from key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog and plan the roadmap.
• Work with partner-facing teams to activate partners for development.
• Maintain and improve existing integrations.
• Engage directly with customers to understand and prioritize integration needs.
• Collaborate on marketing and training to increase visibility for integrations.
• Measure and communicate metrics related to integration performance.
