Qualifications

• Own a technical product or integration portfolio with roadmap priorities.
• Ability to read code and discuss architecture.
• Experience with AI and agentic workflows.
• Deep integration expertise with APIs, SDKs, authentication, webhooks, data mapping, error handling, observability.
• Cross‑platform experience with enterprise SaaS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own connector strategy and roadmap; set priorities and sequencing.
• Lead new connectors from discovery through launch with clear criteria.
• Translate customer needs into scalable connector capabilities and reusable products.
• Evaluate integration approaches and validate prerequisites before engineering commits.
• Develop and execute test plans for connector behavior and readiness.
• Coordinate with engineering and customer teams to ensure smooth delivery.
