Job summary

Lilt is seeking a senior platform engineer to own end-to-end architecture and data pipeline design for our internal AI delivery platforms. You’ll work across engineering, delivery, and operations to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure for hundreds of contributors.

Responsibilities include driving long-term technical strategy, extending QA and data-quality pipelines, and raising the engineering bar through code reviews and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Advanced Python development with production systems.
• Experience building FastAPI services and data-heavy backends.
• Strong command of SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and data-pipeline design for internal platforms.
• Drive long-term technical strategy across services and runtimes.
• Extend QA/benchmark pipelines and data-quality tooling.
• Lead CI/CD and IaC practices across codebases.
• Mentor a small engineering team and raise engineering bar.
