Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of its core Search platform and own an end-to-end search workflow. You will work with Engineering, Product, and Design to define the long‑term vision, deliver foundational capabilities, and enable teams to build faster at scale.

You will drive prioritization, ensure performance and security, and align platform decisions with customer needs while balancing speed and reliability across MaintainX applications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with ownership of platform or foundational capabilities.
• Direct experience in AI-powered search or related search domains is a strong plus.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering on system design and tradeoffs.
• Empathy for frontline users and ability to ground platform decisions in user needs.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, cross‑team environments and turn problems into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for a search platform powering experiences across MaintainX.
• Own core search capabilities including ingestion, indexing, relevance, and reliability.
• Lead at least one end-to-end search workflow tied to real customer needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on architecture, sequencing, and scalability.
• Enable product teams to iterate on search experiences through shared tooling.
• Translate platform strategy into a clear roadmap for multiple teams.
• Ensure search experiences are fast, intuitive, and trustworthy.
