Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of the core Search platform. This role is part of the Product Foundations Group and focuses on a unified, real-time, secure search experience across MaintainX applications.

You will own at least one end-to-end search workflow, grounded in real customer needs, and align with Engineering, Product, and Design to shape the long-term vision.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform or foundational capabilities.
• Direct search experience (AI-powered search is a strong plus).
• Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering with Engineering on system design and maintainability.
• Ability to translate platform strategy into clear roadmaps and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute vision for a search platform powering experiences across MaintainX.
• Own core search capabilities: ingestion, indexing, relevance, query semantics, reliability.
• Lead at least one end-to-end search workflow tied to real customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on architecture, sequencing, and speed vs scalability.
• Enable product teams to build search experiences faster with shared frameworks.
