About This Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Information Services, we seek a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the roadmap execution and delivery of complex software products and platforms for our Bovine IVF ADVANCE product. This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring product initiatives are scalable, secure, and customer-centric. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and planning to execution and delivery—with a focus on systems thinking, API design, data architecture, and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the roadmap and product strategy for a portfolio of technical products or platform services.
- Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and trade-off decisions for development teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, security, and operations to prioritize and deliver features aligned with business goals.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Drive API product development and data integration strategies in coordination with stakeholders.
- Partner with internal customers (e.g., operations, data science, customer success teams) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure technical and architectural decisions align with long-term platform strategy and scalability.
- Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and system performance to guide improvements.
- Champion agile practices and product management methodologies across teams.
- Shape the direction and success of our Vytelle.io SaaS application, CRM, ERP, and other IS applications.
- Manage all VARs and Integration Partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps and project charters, delivering value to users and the business.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Bovine IVF, Cattle, Dairy, or BioTech industries (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, Agriculture Sciences, or related fields.
- Bonus: Experience as a software developer transitioning to product management.
- 5-7+ years in product management with a successful track record.
- 1-3+ years as a certified PMP.
- 3-5+ years in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master certification preferred.
- 3-5+ years creating and managing software development stories and epics.
- 2-3+ years documenting product processes in a corporate WIKI.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
Optional Qualifications
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, observability stacks.
- Familiarity with security/compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
