ABOUT THIS ROLE

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Services, we seek a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the roadmap execution and delivery of complex software products for our Bovine IVF ADVANCE platform. This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring product initiatives are scalable, secure, and customer-centric. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle with a focus on systems thinking, API design, data architecture, and platform scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Own and define the roadmap and product strategy for a portfolio of technical products or platform services.
2. Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and trade-off decisions for development teams.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, security, and operations to prioritize and deliver features aligned with business goals.
4. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
5. Drive API product development and data integration strategies with stakeholders.
6. Partner with internal customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
7. Ensure technical and architectural decisions align with long-term platform strategy and scalability.
8. Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and system performance to guide improvements.
9. Champion agile practices and product management methodologies.
10. Shape the success of Vytelle.io SaaS applications, CRM, ERP, and other IS applications.
11. Manage VARs and Integration Partners.
12. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop roadmaps and project charters to deliver value.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Program/Project Development Skills: Advocate for project management principles, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate across complex, global organizations.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes.
• Experience with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

APPLICATION SKILLS

• Web application principles, CRM, ERP, and other business applications.
• Web app integration principles.
• Understanding of data privacy and security protocols.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years in Bovine IVF, Cattle, Dairy, or BioTech industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Agriculture Sciences, or related.
• Bonus: Experience as a software developer and transitioning into product management.
• 5-7+ years in product management with successful product delivery.
• 1-3+ years as a certified PMP.
• 3-5+ years in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience documenting product development processes.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

OPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Cloud provider experience (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, observability stacks.
• Familiarity with security/compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
