Inhabit seeks a senior technical product leader to guide insurance technology across the division. You will translate business needs into product direction, align cross-functional teams, and drive delivery with AI fluency and strong governance.

This role focuses on speed, accuracy, scalability, and user experience in a fast-moving environment. You will partner with engineering, data, and operations, shaping priorities, requirements, and go-to-market plans, while ensuring compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in technical product management or related tech delivery roles.
• Experience leading SaaS or enterprise tech product work.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools including Aha! and Cursor.
• Strong Agile and backlog management experience.
• Ability to write clear, actionable product requirements.
• Insurance domain knowledge and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction for insurance technology platforms.
• Balance near-term delivery with longer-term platform needs.
• Partner with program, technology, data, and operations leaders.
• Gather input from users and leaders to identify value.
• Convert business needs into delivery-ready requirements.
• Manage product backlog and prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, analytics, and ops.
• Communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders.
• Lead go-to-market planning and adoption efforts.
• Push for AI-enabled enhancements in client experiences.
