Job summary

Codal is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager in the Chicago area. You will own product oversight for complex accounts, bridging business and technology, and guiding strategic decisions across engineering, architecture, and data/AI teams.

In this client-facing leadership role, you will manage dependencies, risks, and escalations while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive platform modernization, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions. Hybrid work in Chicagoland is supported.

Qualifications

Eight (8)+ years of Product or Technical Product Management, with at least five (5) years in consulting or client-facing environments.
Significant client-facing and relationship management experience with senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex technical constraints into strategic product decisions.
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities

Own product oversight for a portfolio of technically complex accounts and client relationships.
Bridge business, product, and technology stakeholders with strategic guidance.
Proactively manage dependencies, technical risks, and escalations.
Lead or co-lead roadmaps with Engineering, Architecture, Data/AI teams.
