Job summary

Codal, a Chicago-based hybrid agency, seeks a Principal Product Manager to oversee strategic client accounts, guide product strategy, and drive growth. You will mentor PMs and coordinate across product, design, engineering, PMO, sales, and operations to expand Codal’s value in enterprise engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of product experience with consulting, senior stakeholder management, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Must have significant client-facing experience.
• 8+ years of product experience with at least 5 years in consulting or similar client-facing environment.
• Experience leading large-scale digital product and transformation engagements.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product oversight for strategic client accounts and manage relationships and long-term value.
• Lead strategic discovery, roadmap development, and align decisions to business outcomes.
• Drive account growth by identifying new products and opportunities; support pre-sales.
• Mentor and lead Product Managers and collaborate across Design, Engineering, PMO, Sales and Ops.
