Job summary

Trove Brands, based in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Developer to lead the technical development of bags and accessories. You will own tech packs, coordinate with overseas manufacturers, and ensure specs meet quality standards from prototype through pre-production.

The role requires hands-on experience with soft goods construction, strong collaboration across Design, Product, and Supply Chain, and travel to overseas facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Technical/Textile design or related field.
• 5+ years in soft goods technical design or product development.
• Ability to create, read, and maintain tech packs for specs.
• Experience with overseas manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the prototype and sample review process against approved specs.
• Create, maintain, and update tech packs for active styles and carry-forwards.
• Communicate technical corrections to overseas manufacturing partners.
• Support handoff from design to product development while maintaining manufacturability.
• Track sample submissions, approvals, and milestones across calendars.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and CMF Development to ensure viable material decisions.
• Participate in development reviews and pre-production approvals.
