Job summary

Trove Brands, LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Design Engineer to develop new products from concept through prototyping to high-volume production at our Lehi HQ. You will work with industrial designers and engineers, perform feasibility studies, and coordinate validation testing using state-of-the-art CAD tools.

The role emphasizes injection-molded plastics, fabrics, metal components, and collaboration with Asian suppliers.

Qualifications

• B.S./BEng in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3-5+ years in mechanical/product design, consumer goods a plus.
• Proficient in 3D CAD; SolidWorks a plus.
• Knowledge of materials, properties, and fabrication.
• Injection molding experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products per design timelines and within cost targets.
• Own design, analysis, documentation, and validation of mechanical components.
• Conduct mechanical evaluation and testing for robustness.
• Collaborate with design, suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Use CAD tools to create innovative mechanical solutions.
• Protect IP through design and patent processes.
