Job summary

Trove Brands, a private house of brands including BlenderBottle, Owala, Whiskware, and Eco-Brite, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Developer to own the technical development of bags and accessories within the Soft Goods PM and Development team at our Lehi HQ. You will manage samples from first prototype through pre-production, ensuring construction and materials meet specs.

You will work closely with Product Management, Design, Supply Chain, and overseas manufacturing partners to translate

Qualifications

5+ years in soft goods technical design or product development, from prototype to pre-production.
Ability to create, read, evaluate, and maintain tech packs for accuracy.
Strong knowledge of soft goods construction and finishing standards.
Experience with overseas manufacturing partners and factories.
Ability to clearly communicate technical corrections and development direction.

Responsibilities

Own the technical development and execution of bags and accessories from prototype through pre-production.
Create, maintain, and update tech packs with design changes and material substitutions.
Review prototypes and samples for construction, materials, hardware, and finish quality against specs.
Coordinate with Product Management, Design, Supply Chain, and overseas manufacturers to ensure manufacturability.
Lead development reviews and pre-production approvals to meet timelines and quality standards.
