Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, solutions engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining product demo environments.
• Deep curiosity about AI and marketing technology.
• Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration instincts across departments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the demo environment and maintain Piper demo environments.
• Iterate and update demo flows with new product innovations.
• Create demo assets for internal and external events.
• Present at major Salesforce events.
• Enable the sales and Salesforce field.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure demos reflect the latest narrative.
