Job summary

Couchbase is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to translate deep product capability into differentiated narratives for technical buyers. You will own messaging, develop solution briefs, reference architectures, and proof assets, and partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to drive launches and field enablement.

You’ll build demos and POCs, lead competitive teardowns, and represent Couchbase at webinars and conferences.

Qualifications

6+ years in technical product marketing, developer relations, or related roles in enterprise software.
Deep understanding of databases, data infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
Proven ability to build demos and technical content for engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

Own the technical narrative and messaging for Couchbase platform across buyer audiences.
Create technical content: briefs, architectures, whitepapers, blogs, FAQs.
Build demos and proof assets; enable field with playbooks and talks.
Drive competitive intelligence and produce battlecards and win themes.
Enable the sales organization with technical assets and training.
Be a technical spokesperson at webinars, conferences, and analyst briefings.
Collaborate with PM and Engineering on launches and roadmap feedback.
