As a Senior Technical Project Manager - Systems Integration you will work with product management, system architects, firmware and software development teams, and senior leadership to drive complex Electronic Access Control product development and systems integration programs from concept and business approval through commercialization and full-scale production.
You will effectively lead product development programs using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and traditional waterfall/phase-gate methodologies. You will be an active problem solver who drives cross-functional alignment and coordinates the efforts of the project team. This position reports to the Access and Egress Hardware (AEH) Program Management Office and is an on-site role located in either New Haven, CT or Berlin, CT.
