Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Denver to own the end-to-end new product development lifecycle for the Spark modular data center. You will scope, plan, and lead the detailed design through first-of-a-kind builds, coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, and product teams.

You will drive phase-gate rigor, capture requirements, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders across energy and AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years leading high-tech physical product development programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Spark design programs from concept to mass production.
• Synthesize inputs from cross-functional teams to capture requirements.
• Partner with manufacturing to ensure reliable scale-up and configuration management.
• Collaborate on phase gate reviews and record lessons learned.
• Provide status updates to executives and maintain a deployment dashboard.
