Job summary

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and embedded systems initiatives from definition through validation and production readiness. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure alignment across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems.
• Experience leading complex technical products through multiple development phases.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.
• Knowledge of project planning, budget management, risk control, and product industrialisation.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Availability to work fully on-site in Switzerland.
