Job summary

MACOM is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of technology development and corporate projects involving compound semiconductors and packaging for RF and photonics.

You will maintain visibility into cost, schedule, technical performance, resources, risks, and deliverables while working with engineering and operational teams to provide clear, actionable status reporting to management and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical program/project management experience.
• Background in RF, microwave, mmWave, photonics or semiconductors.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, risks and resources across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, technical progress, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and leadership; develop dashboards and status reports.
• Lead program reviews, BOEs, pricing submissions, and contract closeout activities.
