Job summary

Connexity is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager in Santa Monica to own high-leverage publisher products and the monetization infrastructure that powers the ecosystem. You’ll shape strategy, write precise PRDs, and collaborate with eng on architecture and data pipelines.

You’ll manage end-to-end product development, mentor other PMs, and build scalable solutions for enterprise publishers, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and performance monetization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping complex, technical products end-to-end.
• Ecommerce experience required, understanding the retail/shopping ecosystem and performance-based models.
• Technical background preferred (CS/engineering/data science); able to engage in architectural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap; defend trade-offs with data and a clear point of view.
• Write PRDs and technical requirements (API contracts, data models, product experiences) that are unambiguous.
• Lead full product lifecycle: scoping, prioritization, sequencing, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Mentor junior and mid-level PMs and raise team standards.
