Connexity seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own two high-leverage areas in our publisher business: the products our enterprise publishers rely on daily and the monetization infrastructure that underpins performance and trust of our ecosystem. You will be accountable to both the business and the publishers who depend on what you build.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in shipping complex, technical products end-to-end.
• Ecommerce experience required - understand retail/shopping ecosystem and performance-based models.
• Technical background in CS/engineering/data science or equivalent; able to engage in architectural discussions.
• Strong data instincts: define leading product metrics before shipping and analyze results to drive decisions.
• Experience with affiliate/performance monetization and monetization models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise or partner-facing products for sophisticated customers.
• Desire to develop and manage other PMs; mentoring experience is a plus.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own two high-leverage areas in the publisher business: enterprise publisher products and monetization infrastructure.
• Write PRDs and technical requirements; collaborate with engineering on architecture and data pipelines.
• Drive full product lifecycle: scoping, prioritization, sequencing, launches, and post-launch analysis.
• Mentor junior and mid-level PMs on discovery quality, metrics discipline, and execution.
