Job summary

Connexity in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own high-leverage publisher products and the monetization infrastructure that underpins performance and trust across the ecosystem.

This role requires deep system thinking, a strong technical background, and the ability to translate market needs into scalable product solutions. You will define success metrics, write PRDs, and partner with engineering on data pipelines and architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in tech or ecommerce.
• Experience shipping enterprise or partner-facing products.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and metric definition.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with affiliate/performance monetization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap for publishers and monetization infra.
• Write PRDs and API requirements that are unambiguous and actionable.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture and data pipeline design.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from scoping to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and mentor junior PMs.
