Job summary

Connexity is seeking a Publisher Development Manager in Los Angeles to manage a portfolio of strategic publisher partnerships across Connexity and Skimlinks platforms. You will drive revenue growth through proactive account management and upselling growth solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to top-tier publishers.

Qualifications

• 4 years of account management and new business acquisition experience with a proven track record within a structured sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating, relationship building and account management.
• Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models and KPIs associated with Publisher ecosystem (revenue per redirect, revenue per session, conversion, cost of sale, etc.).
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry.

• Present quarterly business reviews for top publishers and monitor campaign performance.
• Attend tradeshows/conferences to evangelize our value proposition to new and existing clients.
• Utilize Salesforce dashboards to track progress against targets and inform strategy.
