Connexity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own high-leverage areas for publisher products and monetization infrastructure. You will navigate a complex, interconnected system, shape strategic direction, and drive measurable outcomes across partnerships and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ecommerce experience required in retail/shopping ecosystem.
• Technical background in CS, engineering, data science, or equivalent.
• Strong data instincts to define leading product metrics.
• Experience with affiliate/performance monetization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise or partner-facing products.
• Desire to develop and manage other PMs.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity as the landscape shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap; defend trade-offs with data and a clear point of view.
• Proactively identify and size opportunities through quantitative analysis, partner signals, and competitive intelligence.
• Define success metrics before a single line of code is written.
• Approach the roadmap with a build-to-learn mindset; favor fast, validated bets over long development cycles.
• Engage directly with enterprise publishers to distinguish market problems from partner requests.
• Write PRDs and technical requirements (API contracts, data models, product experiences) that are unambiguous and implementation-ready.
• Partner with engineering on architecture, data pipeline design, technical trade-offs to generate product recommendations.
• Drive the full product lifecycle: scoping, prioritization, sequencing, launch coordination, and post-launch analysis.
• Remove blockers proactively, bias toward action, and drive solutions across teams.
• Build deep relationships with enterprise publishers and internal stakeholders to translate market needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional reviews, alignment meetings, and communicate up and down without losing fidelity.
• Mentor junior and mid-level PMs on discovery quality, PRD precision, metrics discipline, and execution.
• Raise team standards by example and create an environment where people are pushed to grow.
