Job summary

Bullish is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering programs and large-scale data migrations into Bullish’s modern architecture. You will own architecture-aligned roadmaps, coordinate geo-distributed teams, and ensure secure, compliant migrations of sensitive data across legacy systems.

In this role you will partner with staff engineers, data engineers, and security teams to manage risk, align stakeholders, and drive improvements across sprint

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Technical Program/Project Manager delivering software engineering or complex infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience in regulated financial platforms, FinTech, or digital assets.
• Hands-on leadership of large-scale data migrations involving sensitive datasets.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern architectures.
• Proven ability to align architecture with business objectives and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Design roadmaps and execution plans for platform build-out across geo-distributed teams.
• Lead data migration initiatives with strict data integrity, encryption, and access controls.
• Communicate status and risk to executives; maintain dashboards and metrics.
• Drive governance, sprint planning, and release management across multiple tracks.]
