Job summary

Bullish, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects and large-scale data migrations.

You will own end-to-end delivery, align architecture with business goals, and work across cross-functional teams in a highly regulated space. You will drive roadmaps, manage migration strategies, and ensure data security and regulatory compliance while partnering with Staff Engineers, Architects, and Data Engineers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading software engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with regulated financial platforms (FinTech, crypto).
• Hands-on leadership of large-scale data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design roadmap and execution plan for platform buildout.
• Coordinate geo-distributed teams; manage backlogs with Agile processes.
• Define migration roadmaps, sequencing, and cutover strategies.
• Review data schemas, API contracts, ETL pipelines, and storage designs for migration projects.
• Provide executive summaries, dashboards, and risk metrics to leadership.
