Job summary

Amazon Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for the GDCO Central Intelligence and Analytics Team in Seattle.

You will own a portfolio of business-facing data products, driving design, delivery, and governance end-to-end with engineering, science, and analytics partners. The role focuses on shaping product strategy, defining success metrics, and improving business outcomes across self-service analytics, AI-driven recommendations, and core decision products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of technical program management with a software team
• Experience with software architecture and system design
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy
• Experience shipping data, analytics, or decision-support products
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Own program strategy and roadmap for each product/program in the portfolio.
• Define and enforce quality for self-service analytics and recommendation engine.
• Prove business impact by linking actions to outcomes with baselines.
• Run technical delivery with engineering, managing cadence andrelease planning.
• Drive launch readiness including security, privacy, and ORR reviews.
• Lead cross-org dependencies with Supply Chain, Hardware, Facilities, and data teams.
• Write narratives for Director and VP audiences with clear outcomes.
