• 8+ years in Product Management or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Backplane portfolio
• Conduct market research and identify future product requirements and tech trends
• Translate insights into a prioritized, actionable roadmap
• Develop segment-specific value propositions for TE’s Backplane products
• Collaborate with Sales, System Architecture, FAE, and Engineering for alignment and execution
• Develop relationships with key customers to understand pain points and validate product direction
• Support design-ins and new business opportunities through technical discussions
• Define technical requirements in a PRD and work with R&D for timely delivery
• Maintain a healthy portfolio and future offerings pipeline
