Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Power product team focused on Busbar assembly. You will oversee a global product line, drive strategy, development, and lifecycle management while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure profitable growth.

The role requires travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deliver go-to-market plans that align with the business strategy.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical or business degree required, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• 3+ years of product management or technical sales experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally between 10% and 25%.
• Prior P&L management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global product line strategy, development, and profitability.
• Develop market strategies and roadmaps for busbar assembly.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
• Plan product launches and manage lifecycle.
• Provide demand forecasts to S&OP.
