Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of tactical project management experience in highly technical initiatives.
• Strong judgment, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience as a technical project manager in complex engineering environments.
• Ability to establish trust with a variety of stakeholders and customers.
• Self-managed, self-starter who can work independently.
• US Citizenship required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain successful relationships with the client and identify opportunities.
• Develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives and manage remote teams.
• Facilitate technical discussions to troubleshoot project implementation issues.
• Assess delivery environment and tailor Agile practices for the client.
• Provide Agile Scrum Master support and attend ceremonies.
• Remove blockers to ensure project success.
• Coach the Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Handle challenging client situations with technical and business guidance.
• Lead and manage staff and monitor performance.
• Evaluate feasibility, cut non-productive tasks, and accelerate delivery where feasible.
• Assist staff with training needs to enable skill expansion and career growth.
