Job summary

ERM seeks a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice across North America, focusing on power, renewable energy, and technology sectors. The role combines technical leadership with high-level client engagement and business development.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, lead complex environmental permitting and restoration programs, and help expand ERM's market presence with senior clients and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
• Strong understanding of North American conventional and renewable energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement within Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs.
• Support clients through project planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Develop and grow key client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.
• Collaborate with ERM partners and service line leaders to support regional and national growth initiatives.
• Drive project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
