Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals is a fast-growing company focused on transforming treatment for severe allergic reactions with neffy, the first FDA-approved needle-free epinephrine product. The Manager / Sr.

Manager, Technical Operations will lead programs that support development and commercial supply, coordinating with CMOs and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant production and supply continuity. This role requires strong project leadership and technical governance across a global outsourced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Technical Operations, manufacturing, or CMC.
• Experience with external CMOs/CDMOs and GMP clinical/commercial manufacturing.
• Willing to travel up to 20% domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Operations projects with external partners and vendors.
• Oversee formulation, process development, tech transfer, PPQ, and process validation.
• Ensure scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are aligned; escalate risks.
• Support regulatory CMC submissions and responses to health authority questions.
• Monitor process performance data and drive improvement initiatives.
• Provide on-site support for key manufacturing activities as needed.
