Qualifications

Responsibilities

• CA Server Automation using ITCM.
• Troubleshoot Windows systems in multi-tier environments.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for applications.
• Create application monitoring scripts and automate alerts.
• Recommend capacity improvements and macro enhancements.
• Act as the point of escalation for customer-impacting issues.
• Participate in cross-functional project issues and resolutions.
• Document installation defects and their severity.
• Ensure that alerts and events are prioritized and worked on.
• Maintain and create technical support documentation.
