You will translate complex networking concepts into compelling content, deliver customer-facing presentations, and help position Apstra-based solutions in the market. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Marketing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of modern data center networking technologies, including IP Fabrics, Spine-Leaf Architectures, BGP EVPN/VXLAN.
• Hands-on experience with network automation using APIs, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Develop technical enablement content, including presentations, solution guides, white papers, workshops, labs, and training materials.
• Design, build, and maintain product demonstrations that showcase customer challenges, technical capabilities, and business outcomes.
• Support field sales, systems engineering, and channel teams by providing technical expertise and creating customer-facing content.
• Deliver presentations at customer meetings, internal enablement sessions, partner events, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and regional field organizations to support product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends in data center networking, automation, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
