Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Marketing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of modern data center networking technologies (IP Fabrics, Spine-Leaf, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN).
• Hands-on experience with network automation using APIs, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical enablement content, including presentations, solution guides, white papers, workshops, labs, and training materials.
• Design, build, and maintain product demonstrations that showcase customer challenges and business outcomes.
• Support field sales, systems engineering, and channel teams with technical content and expertise.
• Deliver presentations at customer meetings, internal enablement sessions, partner events, and conferences.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and regional field organizations on product launches and initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in data center networking, automation, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
