• Excellent communication and reporting skills


• Experience leveraging AI assisted engineering tools for solution design, coding, debugging, testing, and code optimization.


• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application security, and production deployment practices.

Skills - Primary

• Proficiency in Python for backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.


• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.


• Practical experience using AI powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, or equivalent tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, automated testing, and documentation.

• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.


• Ensure adherence to security requirements, coding standards, and organizational engineering best practices.


• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive improvements in development processes, engineering practices, and team productivity.


• Identify and monitor delivery risks, drive mitigation measures, and ensure production readiness and operational stability.
