Job Title: Senior Technical Manager

Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent, Full-time

Job Duties: Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints. Analyze project data to determine specifications. Consult with customers on their business requirements. Design and customize software solutions to optimize operational efficiency. Develop, design, and create new applications and systems. Design and validate architecture to meet project goals. Drive data migration strategies ensuring quality and timely delivery. Apply mathematical and statistical principles to solve complex problems. Collaborate with teams to determine design specifications. Provide technical support and guidance for software maintenance and use. Support daily data loads, handle rejected data, and coordinate with admin teams on system activities. Understand implications of new information for current and future decision-making.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related field + 5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Software Engineer, Architect, or Systems Engineer. Travel may be required to client sites across the US.

Salary Range: $152,131.00 - $227,000.00 per year
