The Job Details are as follows:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead our Cloud Governance & Strategy team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our cloud infrastructure, governance frameworks, and cost optimization efforts. As the technical leader, you will manage and mentor a talented team, collaborate across business units, and ensure our cloud operations are efficient, secure, and aligned with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing cloud engineering team. Oversee daily operations, planning, and evaluations while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Cloud Architecture & Strategy: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with teams to establish and document architecture standards aligned with enterprise-wide goals.
• Governance & Compliance: Develop and maintain governance frameworks to ensure security, compliance, and risk management across cloud infrastructure. Ensure adherence to organizational policies.
• Cloud Optimization & Cost Management: Optimize cloud resource usage to reduce costs while maintaining performance and security. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to senior management, product managers, and cross-functional teams to align cloud initiatives with organizational goals.
• Project Leadership: Manage cloud-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Innovation & Automation: Drive automation and adoption of emerging cloud technologies to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and governance, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Cloud Expertise:Deep expertise in AWS and Azure, with Google Cloud preferred. Experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud environments at scale. Strong understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, and governance best practices.
• Leadership Skills:Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic Thinking:Ability to align cloud strategies with business objectives, balancing innovation with practical execution to meet organizational goals.
• Certifications:Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, , Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are highly desirable.
