Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in design and delivery.
• Hands-on Java/Spring/Kafka/Camunda/PostgreSQL/Redis preferred.
• Experience with distributed systems, API design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native practices.
• Ability to own technical design, mentor engineers, and lead reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for BRx Platform capabilities and shared services.
• Own design, implementation approach, and engineering quality across platforms.
• Lead technical reviews, establish architecture decisions, and ensure security/operational standards.
• Mentor engineers and SDETs, support production reliability and incident response.
